The simplest way to implement this would likely be to use Django templates.
ipdevinfo should have its own config directory under @sysconfdir@/ipdevinfo
which should be added to the list of directories where Django searches for
templates.  ipdevinfo's port view template could include this template at the
bottom of the page.

ipdevinfo should come with a default template, with commented out examples of
how to create links to fictitious external web pages.
