-  * It appears that, for some reason, getDeviceData is sometimes unable to fill the list of active VTP VLANs collectable from Cisco equipment.  This, in turn, causes getBoksMacs to use excessive amounts of time requesting CAM tables from non-existant VLANs on these boxes.
-  * Ability to discover vlans on different campuses that reuse vlan numbers (this isn't really a bug, but a feature that somehow went missing)
-  * Improvement in setting prefixid in arp, also
-    * mechanism to set prefixid for arp records that are inserted prior to gdd subnet detection (arplogger runs every 30 min, gdd every 6 hours...)
